Red Bull Rampage week is finally here, and while we near the edge of our seats for Friday’s live-action final, Ethan Nell and Dylan Stark are getting elbow-deep in desert dust as they test their dig lines in the savage lands of the Rampage venue. Making his 5th Red Bull Rampage appearance, Ethan Nell is hungry to improve on his 3rd place position from 2017 and 2018, while for Dylan Stark, this is unventured terrain. After a 2nd place finish at Proving Grounds last month, where he flipped off the judges mid-run and won the i9 Heart & Soul award, Dylan Stark is making his Red Bull Rampage debut this year. These YT renegades will be heading into the finals on Friday on their custom Rampage TUES downhill bikes.
“The frame design reflects the spirit of Rampage and its riders. The idea comes from the harsh reality of nature – Rampage often looks like a fight. It’s the biggest freeride event, and the imagery of wild, untamed animals fits the scene perfectly. I am very honored to play a small part in this event and to see the riders enjoying their frames! Can’t wait to see them in action“
Dennis Dastig, YT Senior Graphic Designer
“I’m feeling better than ever for this year’s Rampage! I’m very excited about my line and think it’ll be super fun and showcase my riding style. I just got surprised with my custom YT TUES for Rampage, and I’m so stoked on it! It has to be one of the coolest paint jobs ever. I can’t wait to ride it.”
Ethan Nell
“My goal is to blow everyone’s mind and to put BMX on the map. I’ve built a line that suits my style, but I also wanted to build something that makes people want to ride it.”
