The YT Workshop has all the information you need to build your mountain bike safely so you can get ready to shred the trails to enjoy the good times!
The YT Workshop has put together a series of how-to videos which will see you through the basics of unboxing your new YT bike, setting it up safely, and even how to rebox your bike for transport. For the first instalment, the YT Workshop demonstrates how to unbox your new YT mountain bike. Watch the video below:
How To Unbox and Assemble your YT e-Bike
You’ll notice that inside the bike box is a smaller YT Toolbox, which provides you with all the necessary tools to build your new mountain bike. These tools include a shock pump with a Schrader valve for setting up your fork (and shock) pressure, an Allen key set, assembly grease, mains charger, battery and other accessories specific to your new YT e-bike.
The only tool you will need, in addition to the ones provided, is a track pump for inflating the tyres to their correct pressures (make sure your pump is compatible with a Presta valve!)
With the tools provided, find a clear space to begin unboxing your new YT e-bike. Remember to keep the bike box and protective packaging somewhere safe, as you may need this to re-box your bike for transportation in the future.
